Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed between items of the same brand, size, and cost.* All items for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all tags in place. Please send the item to us within 7 days of receipt. The customer will bear all delivery charges incurred.
* With effect from 20 October 08, exchange request for a different size of the product that you have purchased will not be allowed. Due to hygiene reasons, exchange will not be allowed for Qictoria swimwear.

For other brands like Oobi Baby&kids, and Qictoria, the measurements of the apparel are also indicated for each design.
Refunds
All items sold are non refundable, except for items with manufacturing defects. Please return the item in its original packaging, unused and with all tags in place within 7 days of reciept for a full refund. The customer will bear all delivery charges incurred.
