While every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products, we welcome the following:
Exchange
Exchange is only allowed if incorrect product(s) has/have been mailed (ie, the product(s) is/are not per stated in correspondence(s)) or with manufacturing defect(s). All products for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all tags in place. Please send the product to our office address within 7 days of receipt. We will send the correct product to you with a self address postage paid envelope for return of the first product(s). We reserve all rights to refuse any exchange due to other reasons.
* With effect from 20 October 08, exchange request for a different size of the product that you have purchased will not be allowed. Due to hygiene reasons, exchange will not be allowed for Bright Bots swimwear.
Customer will be responsible for checking on the most suitable size(s) prior to making their purchase by referring to the measurements we have published on our Facebook fanpage.
Refund
All items sold are non refundable, except for product(s) with manufacturing defect(s). Please return the product in its original packaging, unused and with all tags in place within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Normal postage incurred by customer for the returning of product(s) will also be refunded.
